Excused From Efficiency celebrates the artistry of slow, intended creation. Focusing on works which embrace a creative process removed from fast-paced production, the exhibition is a celebration of sustainability, craftsmanship and the diversity of Australian design. Debuting the works of Marijke De Cock in Australia for the first time, and featuring works from Australian creatives such as Jay Jermyn, Scotty Bemelen, Studio Tops, Locki Humphrey, Marta Figueirdo and Catherine Coady.
